Unfortunately, we do not provide doggy daycare. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of every pet in our care.

If my trip ends sooner than expected, will I still be charged?2025-08-15T04:10:02+00:00

No, you only pay for the days your pet stays with us. If your return plans change, just give us a call—we won’t charge for unused days.

Yes—but only during the 4th of July and Christmas holiday periods. If you cancel during those times, a fee applies. Outside of those holidays, cancellations are free.

Absolutely! Just make sure it fits in a standard-sized washing machine. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept beds such as Kirkland, Tempur-Pedic, baby mattresses, or large bumper-style beds.

No group play is offered. Each kennel includes both indoor and outdoor private spaces. Your pet’s walks and playtimes are one-on-one with a staff member. While your dog may see or hear others, there is no physical contact with other animals.

You may bring up to two personal items per pet (for example, toys or small blankets).

No—during boarding, we cannot accept raw diets. Please bring dry kibble, canned food, or cooked food options (like Freshpet or The Farmer’s Dog).

Unfortunately not. Our team is not trained to administer injections.

No—spaying or neutering is not required for dogs.

Yes—we require all boarding cats to be spayed or neutered prior to their stay.
